Why you should attend
Social media is an essential tool for communication, but mismanaging it in the workplace can lead to serious legal and compliance risks.
Many well-intended social media policies—requiring employees to be respectful, professional, and cautious with confidential information—may actually violate federal labor laws under National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) guidance.
Without realizing it, your organization could be at risk of unfair labor practice violations, data privacy breaches, or compliance failures under laws like the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, and local privacy laws.
This training is essential if you want to:
-
- Ensure your social media policies are legally sound and aligned with the latest NLRB, FTC, and privacy law updates.
- Avoid costly lawsuits, employee disputes, and compliance pitfalls.
- Protect your company’s brand and reputation by managing social media use effectively.
Don’t let a single policy misstep put your business at risk. Join this webinar to safeguard your workplace and stay compliant!
