Instructor Profile
David Dellman was the HR Director of Richcroft Inc., a non-profit, from 1994 to 2020. During that time, the company grew from 90 employees to over 500. David was a department of one until 2007. He also served as their Training Director, developing and delivering training to every employee.
In December 2020, David became the HR Manager for Taylor Technologies, a manufacturing company in Sparks, Maryland. As a department of one, David ran every aspect of HR from payroll to benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
Today David is an independent entrepreneur. Aside from conducting seminars, David is the author of three books, two novels and one non-fiction, The Elements of Success. He is also in depend as a performance magician providing entertainment services for company and family events.
