Course Description

At some point or another in our lives, most of us have had a superior who was a terrible leader: A boss who used to pass off your good work as his own or a soccer coach who always yelled at you when you didn’t win!

  • What was it that made these people such bad leaders?
  • Was it simply their character?

No! They didn’t stick to the essential rules of good leadership behavior.

The Leadership Challenge course tackles exactly this problem by asking the following question: What do you have to do to be a good leader?

Good leadership can tremendously boost team performance and impact team members’ behavior. We all learn from watching the people we admire, and leadership is no different! Leaders must ensure they set the correct examples and serve as good role models.

Join Harold Levy, a recognized expert on human resources and management issues, in this interactive webinar where Mr. Levy:

  1. Examines the critical challenge for all leaders – how to be an ethical person, have a good moral character, and be accountable to the people and organizations they lead.
  2. Provides proven strategies and tips for leaders to meet the leadership challenges of Ethics, Character, and Accountability in their organization.
